Ingredients

  • 1 cup DOLE® Canned 100% Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
  • 1 pkg (4.5 oz) DOLE® Baby Kale
  • 1 cup DOLE® Frozen Tropical Gold Pineapple Chunks, partially thawed
  • 1 cup frozen DOLE® Mango Chunks, partially thawed
  • 1 DOLE® Banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey Optional
  • 4 to 6 ice cubes

Directions

Step 1
Combine pineapple juice, yogurt and baby kale in a blender. Cover; blend until smooth.
Step 2
Add pineapple and mango; blend until smooth.
Step 3
Add banana, lemon juice and optional honey; blend until smooth.
Step 4
Add ice cubes as needed to get a slushy consistency; serve.
