Ingredients

  • 1 can (46 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Juice
  • 1 can (8.5 oz.) cream of coconut
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 2 teaspoons rum extract
  • dash ground nutmeg

Directions

Step 1
Combine half of all ingredients in blender. Blend 10 to 15 seconds. Pour into tall glasses. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
