• 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 5 whole star anise pods
  • 1/2 cup fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 1-1/4 cups bourbon
  • 4 cups DOLE® Pineapple Juice, chilled
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice


Step 1
Combine water, sugar, star anise, and ginger in a small pot set over medium heat. Cover and bring to a simmer. Continue to simmer, covered for 15 min. Remove pot from heat and let stand covered for 30 min.
Step 2
Strain syrup and discard ginger and star anise. Combine syrup, bourbon, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and orange juice in a pitcher. Chill until ready to serve or serve punch over ice.
