Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups DOLE® Ready-Cut Fruit Strawberries, Peaches, & Bananas
  • 1/2 cup light coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp ginger paste or fresh ginger, peeled and chopped

Directions

Step 1
Combine fruit, milk, carrots, yogurt and ginger in blender or food processor. Cover; blend until smooth.
