Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup DOLE® Canned 100% Pineapple Juice, chilled
  • 4 cups (5 oz) baby spinach
  • 3/4 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks, partially thawed
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp whole ground flaxseed meal

Directions

Step 1
Combine pineapple juice, spinach, and soy milk in blender or food processor container. Cover; blend until smooth, scraping down sides, if necessary.
Step 2
Add mango chunks, banana and flaxseed. Cover; blend until smooth.
