Ingredients

  • 2 oz DOLE® Canned 100% Pineapple Juice
  • 2 oz grilled citrus juice (recipe to the right)
  • 1-1/2 oz tequila blanco
  • 1/2 oz grapefruit schnapps
  • 1/4 oz triple sec

Directions

Step 1
Combine pineapple juice, grilled citrus juice, tequila, schnapps and triple sec into shaker. Shake. Strain into glass. Garnish with grilled fruit slices.
Step 2
Grilled Citrus Juice: Cut in half; 1 grapefruit, 1 lemon, and 1 lime place on grill until grill marks appear. Strain juice into small bowl after grilling to remove any charred pieces, yields about 6 ounces juice.
