Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup DOLE® Canned 100% Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 cup dark rum
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks, partially thawed
  • 1 (1/2 inch thick) fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 1/2 cups crushed ice

Directions

Step 1
Combine pineapple juice, rum, mango, ginger, limes and syrup in blender container. Add ice. Cover; blend until smooth.
Step 2
Pour into chilled martini glasses rimmed with equal parts superfine bar sugar and ground ginger.
