• 1 cup DOLE® Pineapple Juice, chilled
  • 1 cup frozen DOLE® Mango Chunks, partially thawed
  • 4 1/2 inch thick slice fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • zest and juice of 2 limes
  • 2 ounces maple syrup


Step 1
Combine pineapple juice, mango, ginger, limes and syrup in blender container. Add 2-1/2 cups ice. Cover; blend until smooth
Step 2
Pour into chilled martini glasses rimmed with equal parts superfine bar sugar and dried ginger.
