• 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed
  • 1-1/2 cups DOLE® Canned 100% Pineapple Juice
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries, thawed
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 2 containers (8 oz each) nonfat mixed berry yogurt
  • 1 orange, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1 red apple, cored and diced
  • 1/3 cup chopped Brazil nuts


Step 1
Reserve 1/2 cup blueberries. Combine remaining berries, pineapple juice, raspberries, blackberries, and apple juice in blender or food processor. Cover; blend until smooth.
Step 2
Stir in yogurt until blended. Stir in reserved blueberries, orange and apple. Or leave unstirred for garnish.
Step 3
Cover; refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled. Add nuts and serve.
