• 1 can (6 oz.) DOLE® Canned 100% Pineapple Juice
  • 1 ripe DOLE® Bananas,peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • 1 carton (6 oz) vanilla lowfat yogurt or frozen yogurt
  • 1 cup DOLE® Frozen Wildly Nutritious Mixed Fruit


Step 1
Combine pineapple juice, yogurt and mixed fruit in blender or food processor container. Cover; blend until smooth.
Step 2
Variation: Omit banana, and increase amount of mixed fruit to 1-1/2 cups; proceed as above.
