• 2 cups DOLE® Frozen Tropical Gold Pineapple Chunks, partially thawed
  • 10 oz apricot jam
  • 1 cup DOLE® Canned 100% Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch


Step 1
Coarsely chop pineapple chunks.
Step 2
Combine pineapple, apricot jam, pineapple juice and mustard in medium saucepan. Stir together water and cornstarch in small dish, stir into saucepan. Cook, stirring, until boils and thickens. Serve with baked ham.
