• 1/2 cup DOLE® Canned 100% Pineapple Juice
  • 2 tbsp coconut rum
  • 1 tbsp cream of coconut
  • 1-1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp butter


Step 1
Combine juice, rum, cream of coconut and cornstarch in a small pan. Whisk until smooth and cook over medium heat until sauce boils and thickens.
Step 2
Remove from heat and whisk in butter. Serve warm or at room temperature.
