Ingredients

  • 3 pound (22-24) chicken wings or drumettes
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup DOLE® Canned 100% Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 low sodium soy sauce

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Place chicken wings in single layer in two aluminum-foil lined baking pans sprayed with cooking spray. Piece skin with fork.
Step 3
Stir together vinegar, garlic salt, onion powder, ginger and paprika; brush over chicken.
Step 4
Bake 30 minutes, turning chicken over halfway through cooking.
