Ingredients

  • 1 can (46 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Juice
  • 2 medium bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup cream of coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel
  • ice cubes

Directions

Step 1
Combine pineapple juice, banana, mint, cream of coconut, and lime zest in blender. Cover; blend until smooth.
Step 2
Add enough ice to reach a slushy consistency.
