• 1/2 cup DOLE® Canned 100% Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp cornstarch


Step 1
Combine pineapple juice, marmalade, lime juice, ginger and cornstarch in a small saucepan and whisk until smooth. Cook over medium heat until sauce boils and thickens.
Step 2
Remove from heat. Serve warm or at room temperature over ice cream, pound cake or cheese cake.
