• 1 sprig fresh mint
  • DOLE® Pineapple Juice ice cubes or ice, crushed
  • 1 cup DOLE® Pineapple or Pineapple Orange Juice
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 oz rum


Step 1
Rub mint sprig around inside glass.
Step 2
Partially fill glass with crushed juice cubes. Pour in pineapple juice. Stir in powdered sugar and rum. Garnish with pineapple wedge, if desired.
