boneless, skinless chicken breasts
fresh DOLE® Tropical Gold Pineapple, cut into chunks
DOLE® Canned 100% Pineapple Juice
red bell pepper(s), finely chopped
chopped DOLE® Green Onion
fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
jalapeno chiles, chopped
- Step 1
- Grill or broil chicken 5 to 10 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink in the center.
- Step 2
- Combine pineapple chunks, juice, bell pepper, onions, cilantro, and chilies in bowl.
- Step 3
- Serve salsa with grilled or broiled chicken.
*May substitute 1 can (20oz.) DOLE Pineapple, chunked, drained.
