• 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh DOLE® Tropical Gold Pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup DOLE® Canned 100% Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 cup ripe, medium DOLE Bananas, peeled
  • 1 tbsp chopped DOLE® Green Onion
  • 2 tsp fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp jalapeno chiles, chopped


Step 1
Grill or broil chicken 5 to 10 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink in the center.
Step 2
Combine pineapple chunks, juice, bell pepper, onions, cilantro, and chilies in bowl.
Step 3
Serve salsa with grilled or broiled chicken. *May substitute 1 can (20oz.) DOLE Pineapple, chunked, drained.
