DOLE® Pineapple Juice
- Step 1
- Heat pineapple juice in a medium pot over medium heat. Add spices and bring to a simmer. Cook for 7 minutes.
- Step 2
- Remove from heat and strain mixture into a pitcher. Discard peppercorns.
- Step 3
- Stir in lemon juice and chill for 3 hrs. Serve over ice.
