Ingredients

  • 1 can (46 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons black peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2-1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

Step 1
Heat pineapple juice in a medium pot over medium heat. Add spices and bring to a simmer. Cook for 7 minutes.
Step 2
Remove from heat and strain mixture into a pitcher. Discard peppercorns.
Step 3
Stir in lemon juice and chill for 3 hrs. Serve over ice.
