• 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup DOLE® Canned 100% Pineapple Juice
  • 3 cups DOLE® Frozen Wildly Nutritious Mixed Fruit
  • 3 tbsp orange marmalade
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, chopped


Step 1
Stir together cornstarch and pineapple juice in small bowl.
Step 2
Combine cornstarch mixture with mixed fruit, marmalade and ginger in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat until sauce boils and thickens, stirring constantly; set aside.
Step 3
Serve over ice cream or frozen yogurt, pound or angle food cake.
